III Budapest
Language
Hungarian is an Ugric language, therefore there was no chance for me to understand it.
Венгерский язык относится к угорской группе языков, поэтому он абсолютно не понятен для меня.
I could not say even "Yes", "No" or "Hello" which was very frustrating.
Я не могла сказать даже "Да", "Нет" или "Привет", что очень пугало.
When I was in Finland I did not have this language problem since all people there speak quite good English.
Когда я была в Финляндии, у меня не было языкового барьера, так как все финны говорят на приличном английском языке.
Secutity
Actually I was quite surprised that Hungary is a member of EU, since the country seems to have huge economy problems.
Я очень удивлена тем фактом, что Венгрия является членом ЕС, так как у страны похоже есть большие экономические проблемы.
The capital Budapest looks as Russian provincial city ten years ago, very soviet-like and worn out.
Столица Будапешт выглядит как российский провинциальный город лет десять назад, очень по-советски и обшарпано.
The city is full of weird people, so one has to take care of the purse and the security.
В городе полоно странных людей, поэтому следует заботиться о своём кошельке и безопасности.
We were witnesses of one robbery and have seen several notices about missed girls..

I felt myself very uncomfortable in the city,as bad it was only in Copenhagen.
Я чувствовала себя очень некомфортно в городе, так же плохо мне было только в Копенгагене.

I have nothing to write here since due to language problem and security concerns I was afraid to go in a restaurant.

Cristmas holidays
Этот отпуск я провела в Австрии, Словакии и Венгрии.
This holidays I have spent in Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.

Einstein Tower
Last Saturday we visited Einstein Tower in Potsdam.
The excursion was a part of our German course and it was organized by our wonderful teacher.
The tower is an astrophysical observatory, specially built to test Einstein theory of relativity. The building was designed by Erich Mendelssohn. I really like the style of the tower, but unfortunately now it is a bit dirty.. Inside the tower is a telescope, and I have found one more funny name of scientific instrument.
